Dreadful..my tuition starts again after 2 months of break. I learnt that my tuition teacher had actually gone to Phuket and came back before the disaster struck. She had wanted to go there to spend her Christmas but there are no plane tickets available.. it's really a blessing in disguise. Thank God.
Few days ago my back started to ache, I thought it was back muscle ache at first, but realise it is more than that. It is still hurting now whenever i bend down to stretch.. really really hope it will recover soon. =( Syf is around the corner and there's arts fest this year. Y am I always injured at some part of my body or the other? In sec1 and 2 it was my ankle, sprained more than 3 times in total. Last year it was hamstring, shoulder and arm. Now.. :'(
I feel that each school day passes faster with the implementation of the 5-day week system. Not the point of the 5 schooldays - in fact we still have cca on Sat. It is because we have 2 breaks - recess and lunch break. Our day seems to be shorter too, and I thought it should'nt be the way cause seniors had often stayed in school till quite late for curriculum. But it may be good for a fresh start for this program, since we have so many out-of-school activities and electives and stuff, schedules are not so packed till we can't have a breather.
Often when I'm tensed up, I don't breathe, and I don't even realise that always. I should learn to breathe more..haha..according to mr.raj, breathing is very important. Hopefully after I've mastered the skill of regular and healthy breathing my back'll recover faster. I hope mr.raj won't make us do stuff that requires back flexibility.. and instead start focusing on the very nearing syf. He's doesn't seem to be in the least worried, though I hope he is and has already got some ideas for it, and we are worried for him as well as ourselves.
