Dance camp came to an end with the presentations of various awards. The atmosphere was so lifted that i felt i was in Star Awards. Or even more than that. I hate to leave the camp, but all good things have to come to an end. And all bad things never end. =(
4 figures of authorities came to witness and judge the dance competition, which we had prepared for about 6 hours in total. During the competition, when it was time for the 2nd verse, Felicia did the steps for the chorus and everyone else follewed her, except mi and elizabeth. So i hurried changed the order of the steps and made it look like it was on purpose or something. Asked marlene if it was obvious but she said she thought we were quite neat. In fact, the dance didnt go as we had planned, although many said we looked alright. We didnt win, but we all did our best =) - at least we didnt freak out when we went so close to the 4 figures of authorities.
Exotique grabbed the limelight with the Best dance in competition and Most competent group in dance camp. Wow =)
Danceathon came on again. It was eat, compete, dance style/routine, eat, compete, and the cycle continues, until the competition was over. I didnt eat much but still felt nauseous.. i rather not eat at all.
I just wish this camp would continue forever. Sheng yu, Mike and Andrew r great dancers and hope we'll haf a chance to work wif them again. Right now, all i haf to do is to get more sleep, juggle between dance practices and the pile of hw and hope everything goes well.
